Project Cost: Purchase of Building $1,600,000 Remodel $100,000

Timeline is approximately 12 months from purchase of the building through remodel, to final stabilization as a Class A Apartment Building. New kitchens and bathrooms as well as fresh paint, carpet and updated flooring will be installed. The exterior of the building will undergo a cosmetic renovation as well. There are no long term leases existing for the remaining tenants, which adds to the velocity of the turn-around time of this "low risk" project.
