There are 4 important principles that our business model is based on - they are the secrets to our success – Partners (everyone involved), Projects (Assets and Markets), Management (the key to any Real Estate project's success) and Capital Structure. When attention to detail is employed to these four principles, the risk is lowered dramatically, and the probability of successful projects is very high (and so are the yields).
