1. COMMUNICATION: If our customers need to ask, we aren't anticipating enough. Proactively addressing concerns and answering questions before they come is the constant aim. Our actions begin with our customer’s motivations, and concerns in mind. Our customers include: Investors, Developers, Builders and our Work Peers.

2. DETAIL: Rigorous attention to detail (spending the time to review a document before sending, proofing a spreadsheet before publishing, double-checking figures for a closing, etc.). Accumulation of these distinctions is a major differentiator from the competition. Our customers do, and should, judge everything we do and how we do it. Attention to detail internally translates to a congruent message externally. Let’s make a positive statement from “Hello.”

3. MASTERY: Constant improvement of processes, RELENTLESS FINE-TUNING OF THE MACHINE (to include ourselves as spirits, minds, and bodies). Are we comfortable...OR stretching ourselves, realizing the best version of US and the business? Are we the same today as yesterday, or are we continually dancing on the edge of our comfort zone? Are we repeating the same thoughts, patterns, behaviors of yesterday…OR making deliberate steps – not running on auto-pilot – to get better?

4. FOLLOW-THROUGH: Do what we say we will do; carefully make promises and KEEP the ones we make. This applies to everything from the smallest expectations (e.g. sending an email or returning a phone call to a customer) to our biggest commitments.

5. LOVE: This isn't just empty rhetoric. At the end of the day, if all else fails and we know we've got each other's backs and our clients can feel our passion to serve… to care beyond practical, to sacrifice, we will all be better for it and the business will stay fun and MEANINGFUL. Profits will follow as a by product.
